Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's divorce is "a done deal."
According to TMZ, the couple separated back in May and have been living apart in separate houses in New York City since then. The site claims divorce lawyers have been negotiating a property settlement and custody agreement for months.
Close sources to the couple admit that Nick's appearance on Big Boy's radio show back in March was the beginning of the end. Nick played Big Boy's game, "name the 5 celebs you've slept with." Nick reportedly named 5, but from our earlier report, Mariah went insane when Kim Kardashian's name popped out.
In addition to what Mariah termed "humiliating", things went from bad to worse when Nick went on Howard Stern and talked about Mariah not giving it up before they got hitched. She allegedly went nuclear.
Other sources say Mariah feels Nick is avoiding her by taking every gig that's on the table even when they don't need the money. She claims the gigs keeps him away from their kids.
However, insiders claim Nick feels Mariah has become impossible because she surrounds herself with "yes men." He says she can't handle it when he dares to disagree with her.
